Shopping In Our Store.

Shopping on is secure and simple. As you browse through our store, simply enter a quantity and click "Add to Basket" on any of our product pages. Throughout our store, you may also find various "Add One to Cart" buttons that you can simply click on to add the respective product to your basket. To view the contents of your basket, simply click on the "basket contents" text on the menu above.

You can change product quantities of items in your cart by entering a new number in the Quantity box and pressing the "Update" button. If you'd like to remove a product from your basket, simply click on the "Remove" button next to the product that you'd like to remove. It is critical that you verify your basket contents BEFORE checking out. Due to the rapid nature of our fulfillment process, we cannot stop or change your order once it is placed.

If you have $25.00 or more in your basket, you qualify for one single 100% Cotton Custom Polish Applicator pad. To receive the free 100% Cotton Custom Polish Applicator pad, all you have to do is have $25.00 in product in your basket when you check out. The free 100% Cotton Custom Polish Applicator pad will NOT appear in your email receipt. Our shipping department will automatically place the free 100% Cotton Custom Polish Applicator pad in your package prior to shipping. We're sorry, multiple combined orders do not qualify for multiple free 100% Cotton Custom Polish Applicator pads.

Creating An Account

During the checkout process, you will have the option to create an account with us so that your customer information is retained by our system. Creating an account makes your shopping experience more convenient. You'll be able to track your order status and order history through our "Where's my Zaino?" page, as well as being able to checkout faster and receive more efficient customer service. Your personal information is always secure and private. We don't share your information and will never abuse it. For your security, we don't store credit card numbers anywhere in our systems. Checking Out

As you check out, you will be prompted for personal information required by us to complete your order. It is critical that you enter this information accurately and completely. As your order is verified and processed for approval after you checkout, we may need to contact you for additional information or verification. If we determine that your order was completed without accurate information, your order may be delayed and possibly even canceled.

The "Ship To" and "Bill To" address that we ask for on the Customer Information screen of the checkout process is vital to the smooth processing of your order. If this information doesn't match approved addresses that your credit card company has on file for you, we may have to delay your order pending further verification from you. This may include email or telephone contact requesting additional information. The efficiency of any response from you for requests for information will affect your order ship date.

Once you enter your complete contact information, click on the "Continue" button. The next screen prompts a few more details regarding your order. We ship all orders via Fedex Ground or SmartPost, please select your option from the "Ship Via" menu. Select "Visa" or "MasterCard" from the "Pay With" menu. If you have $25.00 or more in your basket, we'll send you a free 100% Cotton Custom Polish Applicator pad. There is no need to enter any coupon code. Click on the "Continue" button and you'll advance to the next screen.

Data entered in the Payment portion of checkout is pretty important to us. Enter your name EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card including any prefix, middle initial, or suffix. Enter your card number and expiration date. Once you are certain that all your information is correct, click on the "Place Order" button one single time. If you happen to click on the "Place Order" button more than once, you may end up with more than one of the order you're trying to place.

After your order is successfully placed, you'll see the confirmation message on the screen. Please print and save this message for reference. You will also receive two immediate order confirmation messages. One of these messages serves as a confirmation of your order with your order number, and the other is a receipt from our secure processor of your credit card purchase. Receipt of these email confirms that the order has been received by us and that we'll be reviewing your order and approving it for fulfillment.
