Another reason why I'm a big Zaino fan...

I started using Zaino back in 2002 on my new 325i. During the first 2 years I probably only put on maybe 4-6 polishing coats, and used the Z6 after each wash. Well, after 4 years with the car, the water still beads like B-B's and bug splatter comes off with a wet finger tip. The car may not have the depth of shine and smoothness it had originally, but I still get plenty of compliments. Nonetheless, it is time for claying and redoing the Z job.

Before I left NJ, about a year ago, for southern Florida, I picked up some ZFX and Z2, knowing that I was going to use them when I redid the 325 (and now my new Z4). All these products were kept in the house as I was aware that the FL heat could degrade them. But, when I got them out of the closet, the ZFX was completely dried out...Bummer! I called Sal and told him about my disappointment and asked if there was anything he could do. Without a moment's hesitation, he offered to send me, FREE OF CHARGE, a new ZFX kit.

Need I say more? Sal and his Zaino are class acts and have my loyalty not only because of the high quality and results from using Zaino, but because Sal does the right thing by his customers.
